• The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for an 18-day window from the date selected at the time of booking.You can start using your Disney Magic Ticket at any time within the ticket validity window, but the ticket will expire in full after 18 days irrespective of how many times it has been used.
• On receipt of your ticket confirmation, create gate-readyDisney MagicMobile passes by linking your Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket in My Disney Experience. Alternatively,take your Disney MagicTicket Confirmation to any ticket window at each Disney Park's entrance to redeem printed physical tickets.
• Disney 'Park Hopping' is available daily, subject to each Disney Park's capacity limitations.
• Tickets will include admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open.
• The Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket is valid for 14 days from theticket start date. For 2024 arrivals, tickets are activated when you first visit either Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal’s Volcano Bay or Universal CityWalk. For 2025 arrivals, the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket is valid for 14 consecutive days from the chosen ticket start date.
• Volcano Bay Water Theme Park may beclosed on select dates during the winter period. Please check theUniversal Orlando App for park hours and updates when in Orlando for up-to-date opening times.
• Tickets arenon-transferable and must be used by the same person on all days.
• Valid only during normal operating hours.
• Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability.

*Cancellation & Amendments

• Fully Paid Bookings: Once we have processed your booking and uploaded tickets to your customer account, it is not possible to amend the number of tickets in your booking. If you need to change the number of guests in your party, your ticket start date or the lead passenger name on your booking, ALL Disney Magic Tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked with a new Disney Confirmation Number and Booking reference. We won't charge an amendment fee for making any changes, but new prices may apply to your booking.
• Deposit Bookings: The ticket quantity and lead passenger name can be amended for free up to the point where your balance is paid in full. New ticket prices may apply if you amend the ticket start date.

Ticket Cancellation Charges

**Flex-Plus can only be added to your ticket(s) at the time of booking. If you cancel a ticket and have purchased Flex-Plus you will avoid time-based cancellation fees. The refund paid on your ticket(s) will be the price of the equivalent STANDARD ticket (your ticket price minus the Flex-Plus supplement) at the time of booking.

• How do I use my Disney and Universal Combo Ticket?

  You will receive 2 digital tickets in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account.

  Universal Ticket

  • Gate-ready Universal Tickets can be downloaded to your smartphone.Scan the QRcode at the entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bayfor direct access to the Universal parks.
  • If you're visiting in 2024, tickets are open-dated and can be activated anytime before 31 December 2024. For visits in 2025, tickets are date-specific and offer 14 days of unlimited admission to the Universal Parks from the start date selected.

  Disney Ticket

  • A Disney Ticket Confirmation will be uploaded to your customer account. Once you receive your Disney Ticket Confirmation, create your gate-readyDisney MagicMobile passesin a few easy steps to enter the Disney Parks using your smartphone. Alternatively,take your Disney MagicTicket Confirmation to any ticket window at each Disney Parkentrance to redeem printed tickets.
  • Valid for14 days of admission to the Disney Parkswithin an 18-day windowfrom the date selected at the time of booking.

• Do I need to make park reservations for all the parks included with theDisney and Universal Combo Ticket?

  No reservations are needed to visit any of the Walt Disney World or Universal Theme Parks -a valid Disney and Universal ticket is all you need.

• Does my Disney and Universal park admission start on the date selected at the time of booking?

  2024 Arrivals:

  The date selected at the time of booking only determines the start date for the Disney element of this combo ticket. The Universal ticket portion of this combo is open-dated and activated the first time you visit a Universal Park. Tickets must be activated on or before 31 December 2024.

  2025 Arrivals:

  Both the Disney and Universal portions of theDisney and Universal Combo Ticket are date-specific with the tickets starting on the date selected at the time of booking.The Disney portion of the Disney and Universal Combo Ticket is valid for 14 Disney park days within an 18-day validity window from the date selected.The Universal portion of combo is valid for 14 days of unlimited admission to the Universal Parks from the start date selected.

  The Disney and Universal Combo ticket gives youaccess to 9 theme and water parks in Orlando: Magic Kingdom, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, Universal's Island's of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay at Universal Orlando Resort. Please note that the water parks are subject to seasonal closure for refurbishment and maintenance.
