As a Senior Full Stack Virtual Assistant Developer, you will be called upon to work directly with our Virtual Assistant Tenants. You will ensure that we deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions that meet the business needs and align with the IT strategy. You will also collaborate with other IT Technologist, stakeholders, and vendors to plan, execute, and support Virtual Assistant and Contact Center projects and initiatives.
A Day in the Life:
•Evaluate, design, develop and modify Middleware (Chat Router) and Front-End (Web Chat) applications.
•Develop system design documentation (including GUI design, if required), perform coding, and test/debug programs.
•Assist in developing migration and system implementation plans.
•Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
•Troubleshoot and correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation for program support.
•Monitor the performance add health of the VA Platform.
•Integration with other applications and Large Language Models using REST API’s and WebSocket’s
•Mentor and Coach junior and citizen developers.Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ of professional experience in software development
- 2+ of demonstrated proficiency with Node.JS, VueJS, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript.
- Conversational and Generative AI experience (preferred not required)
- Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Firewalls and F5 Load Balancers)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning with Git and CICD deployment using Jenkins/GitHub.
- Experience with AWS, Azure technologies including ECS Fargate, RDS Postgres, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudFront
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Self-starter that takes initiative in generating and comprehending documentation
- Familiarity with Agile method of project delivery
